HR Assistant

Our client sells telecommunications equipment, and consumers various smart devices.
**Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for arranging activities for employees at each festival.
- Developing plans to improve employee relations such as conducting team building.
- Coordinating with HR and admin to hold the event and meeting for employees.
- Acting as an HR team member to achieve department targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in the relevant field of study.
- 2-3 years experience in Marketing Activities or Employee relationships.
- Good command of English (Good) and Chinese Mandarin.
- Able to use MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to use Photoshop or Canvas to design posters or any other graphic.
- Good at initiating new activities.
- Service mind and good interpersonal characteristics.
- Good communication skills and a good attitude.
- Good personality and high responsibilities.
- Good at Business Summary report.
