The HR Client Services Supervisor manages the payroll process (payroll calculation, attendance report, bonus, incentives, OTs, etc.). The role will be working closely with our client, acting as a business partner ensuring payroll is completed within the timeline every month.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and assisting in managing the payroll for outsourced employees (around 1,700 headcount/month).
- Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests to clients’ requirements.
- Processing documents and preparing reports relating to personnel activities to clients (staffing, orientation, performance evaluations).
- Acting as the key point of contact for outsourced employees regarding welfare and other HR issues and handling employee relations at client’s sites.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Handling new hire orientation, preparation of materials, and onboarding program.
- Managing and assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Handling all manner of employee HR rules and regulations issues and requests.
- Supporting and advising clients on labor laws.
- Handling other assignments as per business needs.
**Qualifications**
- Around 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management, advising on Payroll and Calculation, Time attendant, etc.
- Good and update-to-date knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
- Advanced level in using Excel.
- Track record in completing payroll on time.
- Service mind with a positive attitude.
- Native Thai speaker with good English communication.
