We are looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development to help expand MuvMi’s footprint — starting with our new area launch in Ayutthaya — and establish long-term partnerships that grow demand and create value for users. This role is essential for identifying growth opportunities, launching operations in new locations, and securing collaborations that boost ridership and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with BKK and local stakeholders, including universities, real estate developers, local businesses, tourist attractions, and municipal organizations.
- Develop and manage demand-side partnerships that actively drive user acquisition, ridership, and area awareness (e.g., co-promotions, bundled services, joint marketing).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and key community stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- New Area Expansion (Ayutthaya & Beyond)
- Lead the setup and launch of MuvMi services in Ayutthaya — including partnership outreach, community engagement, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to ensure a successful launch and sustainable growth.
- Act as the local business champion for new areas and manage field visits as required.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to new locations i.e. Ayutthaya.
- Analyze user behavior, local mobility needs, and demand data to optimize service offerings and demand-supply matching
- Project Management
- Manage end-to-end projects for business development and demand growth.
- Set timelines, manage deliverables, and track KPIs related to area growth and partnership impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or project management, ideally in mobility, tech, tourism, or urban development.
- Demonstrated ability to build demand through partnerships and local engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to project sites including Ayutthaya and other provinces.
- Thai and English fluency required.

Currently, our flagship products are MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 8.5 million trips with 600+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia.
