As the Strategic Partnerships Head, you will be responsible for building external relationships and securing commercial partnerships and leading internal workstreams for execution to achieve the business objectives of AirAsia MOVE Thailand. You will be crafting proposals and negotiating with partners to enter into commercially viable partnerships. This role reports to the Regional Head of Strategic Partnerships of MOVE Digital, the digital business arm of Capital A.
**If this is you, we invite you to apply**:
- A degree in accounting, economics, commerce, law, finance, or engineering is preferred. An MBA would be a definite advantage.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce, Online Travel Agent (OTA), or digital platform businesses is essential.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial partnerships, business development, and project management.
- A strong network of partners at the head-level across financial institutions, telco, e-commerce, lifestyle, and retail verticals.
**What you will do in this role**:
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with partners spanning various industries, fostering collaboration and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership leads, culminating in successful commercial partnerships.
- Create compelling business proposals outlining partnership terms, with a focus on presentation decks and financial projections.
- Negotiate terms with external partners and internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships, from inception to post-launch monitoring.
- Monitor partnership performance post-launch, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Drive positive change within the organization through product improvements, process enhancements, and innovative revenue streams.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong networker with the ability to lead meetings and presentations, driving progress on partnership initiatives.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic and complex environments, adept at navigating evolving situations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, capable of structuring complex issues and communicating them effectively.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and product understanding, with a strategic mindset towards building and monetizing partner relationships.
