The Strategic Planning will support Ice cream Innovation project management for Asia Ice Cream, responsible for leading the SC portion assessment & execution as part of a cross-functional team comprising of Marketing, R&D, BG & BU Supply chain, Sourcing Unit, Procurement, and Integrated Planning team to ensure that we land innovations in markets on time and in full.
The role will also support the medium to long-term capacity planning for the Asia BU, shaping sourcing and investment decisions to meet target capacity utilization. S/he will also be driving sourcing cost savings, setting up efficient and optimal sourcing and distribution network for Product Technologies in IC and support on execution of Simplification programs.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Innovations**
- Lead & coordinate SC activity in innovation project management for BU-led Ice Cream category projects for SEAI and ensure OTIF delivery
- Implement Innovations Waste Program aligned to business target
- Launch innovations with Simplification by design
**Sourcing & Capacity**
- Support medium to long-term capacity planning for Ice Cream Asia
- Serves as a resource of information on capacity & capability requirements of future innovation in investment decisions.
- Lead strategic projects such as sourcing network optimization, sourcing unit master plans and benchmarking.
- Support strategic projects related to material cost savings and simplification Above the Skin (FG)
**Experience & Qualification**
- Experienced in Planning and Project Management is preferred.
