The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
As the **Ice Cream Thailand Marketing Lead**, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Unilever’s Ice Cream portfolio in Thailand. You will drive business growth by combining deep local market insights with consumer-centric thinking, leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful innovations, brand building, and market development. You will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure strategic excellence and flawless execution.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Champion deep consumer understanding to shape brand positioning, innovation, and communication strategies that resonate with Thai consumers.
- ** Innovation Development & Deployment**:
Lead innovation strategy and execution by working closely with the regional team to adopt global and SEA innovations, ensuring local relevance and impactful market launches.
- ** Marketing Mix Excellence**:
Oversee the development and deployment of a winning marketing mix across all touchpoints—ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store—ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- ** Brand Building & Market Development**:
Strengthen brand equity through purpose-led marketing and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, segments, and geographies.
- ** Cross-Functional Leadership**:
Act as the business lead in driving alignment and execution across key functions including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Development.
- ** Team Leadership**:
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and accelerate execution.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong track record in brand management, innovation, and business leadership.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of the Thai consumer landscape and retail environment.
- Experience working with regional/global teams is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of driving results through strategic direction and team empowerment.
