**JOB PURPOSE**:
As the **Ice Cream Thailand Marketing Lead**, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Unilever’s Ice Cream portfolio in Thailand. You will drive business growth by combining deep local market insights with consumer-centric thinking, leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful innovations, brand building, and market development. You will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure strategic excellence and flawless execution.

Oversee the development and deployment of a winning marketing mix across all touchpoints—ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store—ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Strengthen brand equity through purpose-led marketing and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, segments, and geographies.
- ** Cross-Functional Leadership**:
Act as the business lead in driving alignment and execution across key functions including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Development.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong track record in brand management, innovation, and business leadership.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of the Thai consumer landscape and retail environment.
- Experience working with regional/global teams is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of driving results through strategic direction and team empowerment.
