Requirements:Brand Management
- Take care overall brand's concepts, marketing strategy, brands' communication included of control Brand Personality / Brand Image / Brand Equity / Brand CI / Brand Guideline.
- Monitoring brand's performance included of sales, market position to enhance brand's competitive performance and net of GP contribution working with Sales Team, Merchandising Team.
- Develop and prove all marketing content for the brand to align global brand's standard.
- Create Brand Campaign for Encouraging Sales and Brand Awareness
- To ensure customer satisfaction in all element 4P
- Handle CRM Management / CDP for personalized MKT
- To ensure MKT Share protected, Competitor Analysis

Products - Operation Management
- Monitor and handle product Management by Controlling Product Line up and Product Assortment
- Support brand's A&P Budget Management
- Social Listening, Crisis Management on Negative Feedback
- Categories and Channel Management.
- Planning New product Launching & Activation.
- Stock Controlling vs. Merchangising Conrolling aimed to have effective Inventory & zero death stock.
- Pricing Strategy and release memo and tactical promotion monthly

Team Management (Internal & External):

- Encourage Team & Motivate team to bring most value toward organization.
- Works and collaborate with VM Team to manage Window display and Brands' Visual Merchandise to align with Brand Campaign / CI.
- Monitoring Negative feedback from Social Listening and constructive feedback to team to develop clients' satisfaction.
- Frequently interact with internal and external partners for collaboration, negotiation for mutual agreement, problem resolution.
- Strong relating skills for building trustful partnership with internal and external business partners.
- Responsibilities:Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Good command in English - work along with Global/ Regional Team.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Brand Management in fashion/ apparel business
- In depth understanding of local consumer market.
- Prefer prople working with global brands, premium brands or other quality fashion related products.
