- Retail product knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge in SQL or CRM system is an advantage
- Ability to speak Mandarin and a second language would be an advantage

- Must have strong interpersonal skills and project management skills
- Can work under pressure with dynamic and fast-pace environment.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and able to work independently and as a team
- Organized, accurate and highly detail orientated

Responsibilities:Overall Function
- Manage Client Development / CRM program & year plan for luxury brand
- Strengthen the client development function in Thailand
- Develop, plan & implement client development strategies to ensure business objectives are met
- Coordinate with Regional team on all CRM actions and initiatives with venders such as event organization, catering, limousine, etc.
- Support and work closely with the retail team to ensure the implementation of the defined strategies

Analysis & Monitoring
- Focus on CRM system, database and working closely with In-store CDM and retail team.
- Identify client issue in each stores and provide CRM action plan to improve sales and client base i.e Recruitment, development and retention.
- Interpret the data analysis and action to improve the client's loyalty program and CRM campaign to maintain long term relationship of clients.

Event & Campaign Organization
- Responsible for the collection launch events / fashion shows/ pop-ups store / activities and for the brands.
- Working closely with Regional CDM team, Local Retail team, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Merchandising.Responsible for the sales driven events / initiatives.
- Support other special or ad-hoc initiatives to be assigned by the Country Manager / Regional CDM.
- Contact suppliers to work on the event details and ensure it meets the brand guidelines and brand standards.
