Supply Chain - Demand Planning experience is a plus.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**:

- Ensure optimal performance of deployed Trade assets resulting in high end cup quality by managing the Trade Assets and resources (human and material) within approved budgets (Capex and expenses) and in compliance with Nestle and Nestle Professional Best Practice Standards and local regulations.
- Define in agreement with the BEO and NP, Finance & Control, the budget request for the Trade Assets CAPEX, in alignment with the TA demand plan, and the approved envelope provided by the Region.
- Responsible for integrating trade assets into the monthly business planning cycle and ensuring efficient procurement, distribution, and maintenance processes.
- Manages third-party suppliers for trade asset management activities, following NP TAM Best Practices.
- Ensures trade assets meet NP Beverage market execution plan and integrated commercial plan, whether through direct operation, third-party operators, or subcontracted services
- Supports Sales in the training of new customers, the resolution of incidents related to Trade Assets and the execution of generating demand activities on the field, and the performance monitoring of the park for decision support.
- Identify key partners in digital environment able to provide or adapt solutions to NP beverage solution business.
- Implement and deploy systems and dashboards to capture and analyze daily data sent by trade assets in order to improve TA performance and decrease machine downtime.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Service and Sales, preferable in Beverages, in the out of home environment. Supply Chain - Demand Planning experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Food Services Industry, our customers, consumers and products
- Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, Hygiene in Food and Beverage Industry
- Demonstrated success in managing cross functional teams at market level and creating a sustainable high-performance culture
- Financial and P&L management experience, understand and anticipate impact of decisions on the P&L, CAPEX spend management
- Awareness and knowledge in digital technology
