**What are the responsibilities of our Quant Researcher?**:
**In this role, you will get to**:

- Research and develop end-to-end quantitative models and strategies that generate excess returns and meet investment objectives
- Work closely with peers and the CIO to actively monitor and manage deployed trading strategies
- Collaborate with other researchers and software engineers to optimize investment performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to improve investment strategies
- Drive team-wide best practices and championing the company's high-performance culture

**Requirements for this role are**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related field
- Exceptional quantitative and research skills, with 3+ years of experience in developing, testing, and managing quantitative trading strategies
- Professional proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of Git
- Sound knowledge of Equities, Cryptocurrencies, and Macroeconomics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) and the ability to work effectively in a team-orientated environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with machine learning and deep learning
- Experience with portfolio construction and management
- Knowledge of AWS tools and services
