Regional Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Focusing on all products and other upcoming consumer products.
- Generating new sales and key accounts as well as group key account management for in Traditional Trade channel in the Central area and around.
- Developing and managing traditional trade channels in tandem with market targets and defined traditional trade strategy.
- Being accountable and responsible for the achievement of agreed sales targets/KPIs for the trade channel.
- Developing infrastructure required by distributor/sales growth opportunities as per market needs and develop efficient and viable routes.
- Designing the territory plan and monitoring route and itinerary efficiency for the sales force in the assigned region.
- Building strong partnerships with trade partners and conducting regular business reviews with them.
- Actively participating within the commercial process, support definition of Field Sales Strategy to implement Channel Strategy and Customer Plan.
- Evaluating partnership effectiveness regularly, making use of Sales Excellence and Data & Insights (Marketing) support.
**Qualifications**:
- 35 years old and above with mature & professional personality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, and related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the leadership role of field sales in FMCG and traditional trade channels, with a good record of achievement.
- Experience from MNC companies or global consumer brands is preferable.
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure, within the limited time frame, and willing to take challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices.
- Strong authorized dealer management skills, commercial selling skills, negotiation & commercial problem-solving skills.
- Must have good English communication skills.
- Must be able to travel around Bangkok and other provinces as assigned.
