Key Responsibilities:
1.POS System Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and expert for the POS system.
- Ensure the system is optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and support staff in the effective use of the POS system.

2. Data Analysis:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to drive business decisions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and sales trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to implement data-driven strategies.

3. System Leadership:

- Act as the champion for the Food & Beverage systems, including Project Tree and the 7 Rooms F&B reservation system.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of these systems.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality across all platforms.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to understand their needs and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of system capabilities and data insights.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on system performance and data analysis outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1-year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
