Achieves business excellence by uplifting commercial competency effectiveness through:
- Building digitalized competency modules including solution competitiveness, segment insights, targeting strategy, digital ecosystem etc. and deliver trainings to KCP and distributors’ sales teams.

**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
- In partnership with the regional marketing teams, develop long-term and annual marketing growth strategy in line with the overall business-wide strategy.
- Lead the Cluster Annual Business Plan process, and provide strategic thinking into the key levers for growth the team should focus on
- Lead and inspire a team of activation mangers and organize them in a way to make most impact.
- Drives cluster marketing direction that corresponds to, and takes advantage of, key changes in the market, competition, new data, treatment paradigm shifts, and market events that require reaction.
- Localizes the segment and brand stories provided by the regional and global teams for local market relevance to incorporate differentiators and market sensitivities. Develops and maintains segment profiles. Develops and maintains message translations.
- Partners with regional team on new product offering commercialization. Co-creates commercialization and go-to-market launch plans. Creates and launches customer deliverables.
- Lead cluster scaling strategy including portfolio optimization, lift and shift acceleration, maximization cost benefits via local/regional sourcing, DtV, or local renovation, best practices & successful stories sharing...etc.
- Deliver ABM to work with commercial teams to acquire/penetrate GKA, iconic accounts, and national key accounts.
- Identifies new market segment opportunities specific to cluster. Develops full market and business case and utilizes the regional team for guidance and support where needed.
- Leverage user insights (both observational and data) to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- Works with the demand generation team to develop a campaign calendar of inbound and outbound marketing programs that align with the business strategy to drive incremental pipeline and revenue for the business.
- Support regional Customer Experience efforts to provide 5-star end to end CX
- Business Capability (Includes Sales capability and effectiveness, sales competency, sales tools, sales strategy and execution, new business activations and DSR multiplier)
- In partnership with the regional marketing teams to enhance the lead and opportunity management, deliver 1-3-year innovations targets, improve inside sales effectiveness to achieve the set targets.
- In partnership with the regional eComm team to synergize/leverage online/offline programs to maximize Omnichannel.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- ** 10+ years of experience in a combination of a B2B / B2C environment - emphasis in B2B**:
- 10+ years with a demonstrated track record in the following skill areas: digital, technology, marketing automation, data analytics, customer relationship management platforms, marketing, strategy, omni-channel, demand generation, campaign management, commercialization, product marketing and sales
- 7+ years of team leadership
