Manager - Loyalty Program and Membership

**Responsibilities**:
- Driving the Loyalty Program and Membership follow by the strategy / direction to support Makro digital business (all online sales), driving plan, campaign development & communication to drive revenue, repeat purchase and GMV growth and gross margin
- Support yearly, monthly, bi-weekly and weekly Loyalty Program and Membership communication to support all Makro digital business
- Support membership campaigns, including online and offline, work with offline team to develop the plan communication in all level of support
- Define strategic range/categories/Customer type which will lead traffic and repeat sales to the platform by using data and customer research
- Responsible for driving sales performance by developing and initiating the competitive loyalty program also Manage all aspects of membership services,
- Responsible to work with data team to come up with effective CRM campaign/ mechanic for each life cycle of customers
- Collaborate with Senior manager, commercial and marketing team to make sure consumer and stores input into merchandise decisions
- Responsible for the report analysis, monitoring campaign in each period and take prompt action if necessary
- Responsible for conducting platform/ campaign analysis alongside business intelligence team to gain marketing insights.
- Work with other to identify opportunities for the development of new member benefits, member recruitment and retention, and engagement
**Requirements**:
- At least of 4-5 years in CRM, Membership Program, Loyalty, or related field with experience in driving campaign development to revenue growth Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, advertising, Data or business) preferred
- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
- Excellent communication skills are a must combined with a disciplined experience background.
- Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform
- Understanding in digital marketing: SEM, social media marketing, mobile marketing, programmatic, marketing analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Wed/App performance tracking: UTM, Deeplink, Google analytics, MMP (is a plus)
