About HITAP

The Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program (HITAP) is a semi-autonomous research institute in the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Thailand. HITAP conducts economic evaluations and health systems research to support decision-making on healthcare in Thailand. Since 2013, HITAP’s International Unit (HIU) has worked with various countries to develop and strengthen the capacity for evidence-informed decision-making in healthcare.

HR Officer

Highlighted Scope of Responsibilities

Evaluation of the performance of employees in the foundation. (Performance Evaluation)
- Work with team/Unit heads to evaluate the annual performance of employees in the foundation.

Personnel Development & Training
- Design or procure courses/experts to organize training to develop various skills for employees in the foundation.
- Design a system and manage a personnel training and development database.

Scholarships
- Responsible for the cooperation and processes in the scholarship projects.
- Responsible for the HITAP scholarship program and the process for selecting employees.

Recruitment
- Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.

Other duties
- Contribute following the foundation’s goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human resources or any field
- Have experience working or knowledge of the HRD function
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (Professional Working Proficiency Level).
- Good interpersonal skills.
