**Job description**
- Support New Hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires, issuance of welcomepackage, uniform, lockers, access cards etc.
- Responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms, value buttons, and HR forms, etc.documents etc.
- Setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files
- Issuance of Staff pass and requisition of access cards
- Preparation of letters
- Assist in staff clearance processHRIS Administration
- Update information in HRIS for new hires/resigns of Team Leaders and Associates level.Benefits & Welfare
- Insurance, medical claims process
- Updating co-workers’ leave and absences in HRIS
- Arrangement of hampers/wreath/gifts, etc. for SingaporeOffice Supplies Administration
- Taking care of office supplies e.g. stationeries, printing materials, etc. reports preparation
- Assist in preparation of KPI reports, HR Report, various HR surveys, compilation of statistics, etc.from time to time when requested by department and/or authoritiesMiscellaneous
- Contribute actively in various meeting
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time and time
**Qualification**
- Good understanding of the IKEA culture & values.
- Experience of working in an IKEA store.
- Experience of working in a unit management role in the IKEA organisation with proven ability to be anambassador for the IKEA values.
- Good understanding of the IKEA culture & values.
