As an intern in Talent Acquisition and Emerging Talent at Infineon, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and talent acquisition. Your role will involve supporting talent acquisition initiatives, acting as a liaison for events, contributing to employer branding efforts, assisting with HR-related projects and reports, and ensuring efficient handling of onboarding and offboarding documentation. This internship provides a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition processes and the opportunity to contribute to impactful HR initiatives in a global technology company.

In your new role you will:
- Process map and **review HR Emerging Talent topics**.-
- Serve as a liaison **contact for virtual/physical events**(i.e. Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution).- Support implementation of **employer branding initiatives**across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.- To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.- Gather necessary documents for various situations such as onboarding/offboarding and ensure that all documentation is returned for timely processing.

- **Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous**:

- **Effective interpersonal and communication skills**:
