**Join Regent’s International School Bangkok** as** HR Manager**

We are hiring a HR Manager to lead the delivery of all HR operations and strategy of one of the newest additions to Nord Anglia’s growing family of world-wide schools. To ensure compliance with all legal and employee-related requirements. To provide school leaders with expert HR advice and all members of staff with exceptional customer service throughout the employee lifecycle.

**About the role**

As our HR Manager you role will involve leading:

- Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Employee Relations / Employee Engagement
- HR Advice and Reporting
- Compensation & Reward
- Talent and Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Compliance

**About you**

We would love to welcome the right person to Regent’s, to lead our HR function. To be successful in this role you will have:

- Minimum 8 years working in a similar position/environment.
- Experience of managing a team
- Significant generalist HR experience
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
- A leadership style that embraces inclusion, imparts confidence and inspires success
