HR Manager

Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the systematic construction and improvement of the HR system in the Vietnam/ Thailand company.
2. Responsible for the preparation and review of the annual HR budget for the Vietnam/ Thailand company.
3. Responsible for recruitment management in the Vietnam/ Thailand company (including but not limited to establishing recruitment policies and processes, formulating and reviewing recruitment plans, selecting and maintaining recruitment channels, and arranging interviews).
4. Responsible for compensation management in the Vietnam/ Thailand company (including but not limited to establishing compensation policies and processes, payroll calculation and approval, employee salary adjustments, compensation cost analysis, social security management, commercial insurance management, etc.).
5. Assist in the establishment of a performance management system for the Vietnam/ Thailand company and help departments or warehouses develop effective KPI management systems.
6. Responsible for training in the Vietnam/ Thailand company (including but not limited to formulating, implementing, and providing feedback on training plans, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training records).
7. Responsible for employee relations management in the Vietnam/ Thailand company and its subsidiaries or warehouses (including but not limited to handling employee onboarding, resignation, transfer, and other personnel changes, conducting regular employee interviews, and communicating HR-related policies).
8. Responsible for labor relations management in the Vietnam/ Thailand company (including but not limited to managing labor relations for freelance employees, labor contractors, handling labor disputes, and labor risk control).
9. Responsible for managing labor service providers in the Vietnam/ Thailand company (including but not limited to verifying prices, attendance, personnel, benefits, and labor risk control with suppliers).
10. Responsible for welfare management in the Vietnam/ Thailand company (including but not limited to establishing and improving welfare policies based on company and Vietnam/ Thailand laws, budget management, updating welfare programs, and planning, implementing, and evaluating welfare activities).
11. Responsible for handling other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher.
2. No gender preference; under 35 years of age.
3. Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese for daily work.
4. At least 5 years of HR experience, with more than 2 years in a similar HR management position. Experience in the warehousing and logistics industry is preferred.
5. Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL (including functions), PPT, and other office software.
6. Strong logical thinking and quick adaptability.
7. Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills, and some negotiation skills.
