Position Summary:
The Customer Care Analyst is responsible for supporting export customers by managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role handles customer inquiries, prepares export documents, and follows up on delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication and attention to detail are key to maintaining smooth export operations and excellent service.

Major Responsibilities:

- Receive and process export customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of product, price, and delivery terms
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, production, warehouse) to confirm product availability and production schedules
- Plan and arrange international shipments, working closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
- Prepare and check all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing list, shipping instruction, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), and Form E
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customer requirements, and company export policies
- Track and monitor shipment status, update customers on delivery schedules, and follow up on any shipping issues or delays
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests, and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
- Maintain accurate customer master data, shipment records, and documentation in internal systems
- Prepare reports related to order fulfillment, delivery and logistics.
- Support internal/external audits and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and export efficiency

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, export operations, or international logistics
- Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documents, and Incoterms
- Familiar with working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
- Communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Travel
- Able to travel (If any)

Language: Good English communication skill.
