- You are the driving force behind the success of the exciting Health & Wellbeing initiatives. Day to day, you align projects with business goals, construct the work plans, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. You keep projects on schedule and within scopes and budgets, working toward high efficiencies and execution.
- Leads projects planning and implementing effort
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables based on strategic direction
- Determine project team structure and identifies and assists with securing the resources needed to successfully deliver the projects
- Create project timeline, manage projects budget, and resources allocation
- Review project deliverables to ensure quality and provide feedback on the work of others
- Identify and manages risks and issues, with timely escalation to Lead director/ Sponsor / Steering as required
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
- Track project activities through completion using appropriate tools
- Engage regularly with business process owners and users to identify and characterize business process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain project management processes, standards, and tools to facilitate efficient and effect project work
