Office Manager and Operations Assistant

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager and Operations Assistant for our Thailand office, based in Bangkok.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and managing our ecommerce platform.
You will also play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, including translating marketing materials and assisting with marketing campaigns.
**You'll Do**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Thailand office, including coordinating with suppliers, handling logistics, and managing our ecommerce platform.
- Translate marketing materials and assist with marketing campaigns as needed.
- Support the supply chain team with operational tasks and requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all office activities and expenses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and partners in Thailand.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and meetings as needed.
**You are**:
- Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and supply chain management.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with marketing and translation is a plus.
