CRM Administrator

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand.
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet the needs of various departments.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on CRM usage and best practices.
- Develop and implement processes for data entry, data cleanup, and data migration.
- Generate and analyse CRM reports to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize CRM workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and trends, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support staff across different departments.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system improvements.
- Experience in data management, data migration, and data analysis.
