**Job Detail**:

- Operation & Reservation & Tour Cordinator (Japanese Speaking N1-2) (35K-40K) (SDG-102436)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานทัวร์ การดำเนินงาน และการจอง (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น N1-2)-
- Assign jobs to tour guides.
- Reserve services from suppliers inquire (booking vehicles, drivers, restaurants, golf, etc.)
- Communicate with Inbound teams to ensure smooth Operations and Reservations.
- Brief guides in detail for each booking.
- Manage tour plan system for job order to guides and drivers.
- Manage tour plan system for Cash Advance report for tour guides.
- Manage tour plan system for Guide Fee report of tour guides.
- Submit Cash Advance and Guide Fee Request to Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager for approval.
- Provide feedback and coach: guides, vehicles, and suppliers to minimize complaints.
- Manage Guides’ KPIs by using the Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Support Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager in recruiting and training guides.
- Inspect new suppliers as per schedule with the product Team.
- Reserve international and domestic air bookings.- มอบหมายงานให้มัคคุเทศก์
- บริการจองจากซัพพลายเออร์สอบถามข้อมูล (จองรถ คนขับรถ ร้านอาหาร กอล์ฟ ฯลฯ)
- สื่อสารกับทีมงานขาเข้าเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานและการจองราบรื่น
- คำแนะนำโดยย่อแบบละเอียดสำหรับการจองแต่ละครั้ง
- บริหารจัดการระบบวางแผนทัวร์เพื่อสั่งงานไกด์และพนักงานขับรถ
- จัดการระบบแผนทัวร์สำหรับรายงาน Cash Advance สำหรับไกด์นำเที่ยว
- บริหารจัดการระบบแผนการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับรายงานค่าไกด์นำเที่ยว
- ส่งคำขอเบิกเงินสดล่วงหน้าและค่าธรรมเนียมไกด์ไปยังหัวหน้างาน / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ / ผู้จัดการเพื่อขออนุมัติ
- ให้ข้อเสนอแนะและโค้ช: ไกด์ ยานพาหนะ และซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อลดข้อร้องเรียน
- จัดการ KPI ของไกด์โดยใช้แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนหัวหน้างาน/ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ/ผู้จัดการในการสรรหาและคู่มือการฝึกอบรม
- ตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ตามกำหนดเวลาร่วมกับทีมงานผลิตภัณฑ์
- จองตั๋วเครื่องบินทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ตอบทุกข้อมูลที่สอบถามไปยังลูกค้าทุกช่องทาง (โทรศัพท์, อีเมล)
- Thai nationality, Female, age 25 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 1-3 years experience in Admin/coordinator or customer service
- Good command of spoken and written English (coordinator with supplier)
- Good command of spoken and written Japanese N1-3 (coordinator with supplier)
- Good Computer skills
- Fast learner & committed worker (on the job training will be provided)
- Able to cope with a high volume of jobs and urgent matters
- Good with Microsoft Office skills- Interpersonal skills
- Teamwork- Amadeus Program
- Preferable with knowledge of Incoterms

Language Skill
- English level : Business Level
- Japanese level : Business Level
- Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
- Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(WIO 9:00 - 18:00 Saturday working: once a month (on calendar schedule))
