**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Provide expert professional advice and support of career advisor/consultant to managers and staffs on all aspects of people development.
- Provide proficient consultation on all phases of talent management and successors such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, and so on.
- Drive and facilitate the effective corporate leadership development programs such as workshops, sharing, etc.
- Design and develop innovative and high affect talent management and development programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness talent.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent development plan for leaders and people in critical positions to meet current and future business needs.
- Assure the appropriate connection of proposal and delivery methods, education and development programs to business.
- Design and execute leadership and career development structure and programs which are based on company needs and required key skillsets as well as talent retention through communication with people and career coaching.

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 10 years of work experience in field of career development, talent development, talent retention
- Bachelor degree or higher in HRD or related field
- Strong team management skills, project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods across multiple communication channels.
- Strong people development background within and relevant industry with significant experience of developing and implementing people development strategy.
- Based at Bangkok
