**Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for important documents, secretary tasks, and position as office manager.
- Managing agendas, scheduling meetings, and appointments, taking minutes, prepare presentations (when needed).
- Supporting travel arrangements, ticket bookings, flight bookings, etc.
- Take care of the boss' reimbursements, invoices, and receipts.

**Qualifications**
- 25 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- More than 3 years of experience in secretarial work.
- Flexible.
