Business Services Coordinator

Finance Administrative Role
- Cross checking claims with receipts and account codes to ensure accuracy
- Create, issue and process invoices, debit/credit note.
- Support the sectors and ASA finance team with:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivables,
- Timesheet administration
- Running of PMD report.
- Benefits administration (e.g. calculation of leave for new joiners and starters etc)
- Support for additional Finance processes from time to time, including reporting and analysis
Administrative Coordinator Role
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for any staff in or out of East Asia
- Responds to staff’s travel requests promptly
- Main point of contact between travel agent and staff
- Support staff in their travel requests
General
- Timesheet administration
- Work collaboratively with teams across East Asia
- Contribute to the wider-office initiatives when required eg events, facilities and/or the redistribution of work in busy times
- Adhoc general support to the office manager, sectors and internal clients
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh graduate welcomed to apply
Experience
- Work experience as a Finance/Admin assistant or similar role
Competencies
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge o MS Excel
- Good time management and organisational skills
