PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**:
Officer, Business Coordination is responsible for coordinating with internal and external parties to liaison with PTTEP Algeria Branch Office as well as coordinating work for Algeria-related matters in corporate PTTEP. The jobholder consolidate data related to work program and budget and prepare a summary report and liaise with Algeria Asset related parties such as government agencies and embassies.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Consolidate work plans, work program budget and documentations, KPIs, and prepare a summary report of review report / KPIs (quarterly and monthly). Provide weekly, monthly, risk, KPI report and prepare presentation of Algeria-related matters.
- Prepare budget of PTTEP Algeria branch
- Act as the focal point for VIP visit to Algeria
- Issue PR/PO, invoice, payment, petty cash, etc. and claim expenses such as manpower, office rental expenses etc.
- Act as a focal point for CG&BE, PDPA
- Provide required documents for annual audit, power of Attorney update, etc. as assigned.
- Act as a focal point of contact for the Royal Thai Embassy in Paris
- Act as a focal point contact with related parties in emergency situation
- Coordinate, follow up, and update work plan, initiatives, operation excellence, procurement plus and other on-going initiatives
- Draft report to summarize performance and key achievements for management review
- Summarize and take minutes for key management meetings and follow-up of outstanding issues

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5-10 years of experience in E&P or working with any asset
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry, work program budget, work plan, and integrated plan
- Good command of both written and spoken English

**Additional Desirable Qualification**:

- Interpersonal, coordination, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- French literacy is a plus
