- **Carry out duties in accordance with contract or as directed by Project Manager and Team Leaders.**:

- **Liaise and coordinate with other parties regarding the project under directions of Project Manager or Team Leader.**:

- **Prepare indicative cost estimates, preliminary cost estimates, and detail cost estimates for each design phase (Cost Plan).**:

- **Participate in project meetings in connection with Value Engineering.**:

- **Prepare project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with complete scope of works and unit rate pricing.**:

- **Prepare tender documents including Blank of Quantities (BOQ) and draft contracts condition and TOR for bidding to Contractor/Supplier.**:

- **Liaise and Co-ordinate with Designer and Contractor/Supplier regarding tender query and response during tendering process.**:

- **Liaise and assist with Client during tender bids opening, evaluation, analysis and clarification with Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier.**:

- **Liaise and assist Client for Direct Purchase; tendering and procurement.**
