**Our Client**:
Our Client is a leading metro rail joint venture contractor organization in Thailand.

Employment type: Contract (Construction project)

Probation period: 119 days

Working place (site office): Chatujak, Bangkok
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience (Previous experience working with a contractor in a rail or civil
- engineering environment is preferred).- Focus on Claim payments.
- Good English communication skills.

**General Responsibilities Include**:
Reporting
- Measurements and Valuations
- Management of Variations throughout the project life
- Cost Control & Budget Management
- Record Keeping
- Cost to Completion Forecasts
- Cash flow- Change Management and Claims
- Subcontract Procurement
- Maximize Income
- Client and Supply Chain Relationships- Conflict Avoidance
- Dispute Management and Resolution
