**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- **Carry out duties in accordance with contract or as directed by Project Manager and Team Leaders.**
- **Liaise and coordinate with other parties regarding the project under directions of Construction Manager or Team Leader.**
- **Carry out site supervision, indicative cost estimates, preliminary cost estimates, and detail cost estimates for each design phase (Cost Plan).**
- **Carry out site supervision participate in meeting, find out an alternative methods of construction or material finishes (Value Engineering).**
- **Liaise and assist to the Client’s Pre-qualification and analyse Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier and vender list.**
- **Prepare project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to full completely scope of work and accurate unit rate pricing (for Budgeting).**
- **Prepare tender documents including Blank of Quantities (BOQ) and draft contracts condition and TOR for bidding to Contractor/Supplier.**
- **Liaise and Co-ordinate between Designer and Contractor/Supplier for Project tenders, query and response during tendering process.**
- **Liaise and assist to the Client’s tenders opening, comparison, analysis and clarification Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier.**
- **Preparing to Draft letter of intent (LOI), Draft Letter of Award (LOA) and Draft Construction contract condition.**
- **Liaise and assist Client for Direct Purchase; tendering and procurement.**

- **Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management.**
- **Minimum 4 years QS Engineer experience or similar.**
- **4-5 years working experience related to cost estimate, cost management, payment certification.**
- **Proactive, be meticulous, and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.**:

- **Able to communicate in English, both speaking and writing.**
