- งานประจำ- 1 - 2 ปี- กทม. (บางรัก)- ปริญญาตรี- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Quantity and cost estimation on structure civil and/or architectural work.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect/project team and/or the client.
- Able to prepare monthly, weekly and daily report documents.
- Analyze project cost saving and value engineering item.
- Able to develop the quantity / cost estimation take off process to archive the best accuracy and time saving.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor degree in civil engineer or related field.
- 1-3 year experiences in site engineer, cost engineer, estimator or QS.
- Good background in quantity and cost estimation.
- Excellent Ms. excel capabilities.
- Able to use auto cad, Ms. word, Ms. power point.
- Good communication skill in English in an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill, team player and communication are considered essential for job success.
- Able to work under pressure and be committed to deadlines.
