Responsible to work cohesively with Marketing & Sales team on business plan development process (including new product launches and category projects) and then translate brand strategies and tactical plans into sales execution plans to achieve key business KPIs (net revenue / trade spend / gross margin and market share).
Responsible for leveraging instore execution arms (POSM, Premium promotional campaign, Nutrition advisor) to bring strategies to live.
Work closely with Sales team to drive business objectives through customer JBP, business review and category initiatives.
Perform analysis on brands and relevant categories, measure results against.
The experience we're looking for.
5-7 years of experience from FMCG company with solid background as Trade Marketing or Key Account Manager.
Leadership and interpersonal skill to work cohesively with cross functional organization including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Entrepreneurship mindset to pivot for the most optimal solution for consumer, customer and company.
Mid to long term career aspiration within Sales organization (Trade Marketing and Sales).
