Job SummaryPerform duties according to the shift schedule and strictly follow the company’s operating procedures.
Safety/Health/Environment/Quality and Food Safety- Perform duties according to the company’s safety, occupational health, and environmental policies.- Perform duties according to the company’s quality and food safety policies.- Participate in or support activities related to safety, occupational health, and environment, as well as the company’s emergency drill plans.
Technical/Functional- Control and oversee machinery and equipment used in the production process to ensure they are in normal condition and can operate efficiently, safely, and with mínimal environmental impact.- Monitor abnormalities in production and address initial problems.- Inspect and record the working condition of machinery to ensure they are always in good and safe working condition, and report any abnormalities found.- Record the quantity of chemicals, load chemicals, and collect various samples.- Maintain the production area and process according to cGMP/HACCP principles, and the company’s safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.- Participate in safety and environmental activities, Hazard Recognition activities, BBS STOP for Safety activities, and report injuries, safety and environmental incidents, and provide safety and environmental suggestions.- Other assigned tasks.
Qualification- Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in any fields (Preferably in Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, production technology)- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations with chemical or food or pharmaceutical industry environment- Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Food Safety- Proficiency in Microsoft office program- Forklift operator skill & Driving License- Basic knowledge of English- Able to work in shift (day shift / night shift)
