Click here to learn more about how **we can make an impact together** For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don’t miss our **Operator Movie** **Position overview**: Calling all fresh graduates out there allnex is inviting you to join us as a **Process Innovation Lab Technician **in our **Process Innovation Laboratory **at **Rayong, Thailand **and this role offers an excellent opportunity to support in the development and optimization of innovative production processes. As such, you will design and assembling of laboratory and pilot installations as well as executing laboratory and pilot trials **in close collaboration with PTT-GC Innovation Team**. The Innovation Center is a key element of the growth and sustainability ambitions of allnex and PTT-GC. In this laboratory, allnex and PTT-GC are joining forces on innovation projects, with a focus on sustainability and business adjacency. We are open to all talents in the chemical industry, whether you are a recent graduate or have a brief background. If you are ready to acquire meaningful practical experience in laboratory, this role is for you Trust us, this role is always on-demand and you will grow a great portfolio with us. **Responsibilities**: - Design, assembling, maintenance and optimization of experimental equipment for development, optimization and simulation of manufacturing processes. - Execution of trials at laboratory and pilot scale. - Supporting analytical work for evaluation of product parameters (titrations, viscosity measurements, spectroscopy, chromatography etc.) - Documentation of trial results (in English). - Support of manufacturing in process improvement and troubleshooting. - Introduction of new processes in manufacturing practice. **Required skills and experience**: - 1 year experience in Chemical industry as a Lab Technician or in a laboratory or process development environment. - Fresh graduates from the academic laboratory environment are welcomed to apply. - Knowledge in preparative organic chemistry and lab analytics. - Basic knowledge in organic chemistry and analytics or in resin chemistry and manufacturing. - Good command in English. - Proficiency in lab techniques and equipment operation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies. - Strong laboratory process oriented. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry, Material Science, or related field. **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
