Production Technician

Summary:
พนักงาน Production Technician จะรับผิดชอบการดําเนินงานในกระบวนการผลิตที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงสาธารณูปโภคที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตพื้นที่ของตนมีความปลอดภัย, คุณภาพน่าเชื่อถือ และมีประสิทธิภาพที่ดี

Responsibilities Include:

- รับผิดชอบการผลิตและการตรวจสอบประจําวันในพื้นที่มอบหมายงาน
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตเป็นไปอย่างปลอดภัย โดยปฏิบัติตามกฎ EHS และ SOP/WI รวมถึงเสนอแนะสําหรับสภาพการทำงานที่ไม่ปลอดภัยม ดูแลผู้รับเหมาในพื้นที่ และรายงานอุบัติเหตุ หรือ Near miss ที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่การทำงาน
- รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่และ 5S ที่ดีในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- พนักงานที่้ปฏิบัติงานที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับ PSM จะต้องได้รับการฝึกอบรมและทดสอบก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน
- มีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินความเสี่ยงในกระบวนการผลิตและการปฏิบัติงาน
- ปฏิบัติตามแผนการผลิตและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จัดส่งถึงลูกค้าตรงเวลาด้วยปริมาณที่เหมาะสมและมีคุณภาพที่ดี
- แก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ในระหว่างการผลิต ตาม guideline ที่กำหนด
- การสุ่มตัวอย่างและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพในกระบวนการตามแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง
- ใช้แนวคิด TPM ในพื้นที่ที่รับผิตชอบเพื่อเครื่องจักรทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดําเนินการผ่านระบบ SAP เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
- งานมอบหมายอื่น ๆ

Qualifications:
The following are _required _for the role
- High Vocational in Chemical, Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Production Technology or related fields.
- Computer literacy and Fair command of English
- Safety and Quality consciousness
- Background from chemical industry or polymer/plastic is preferred
- Knowledge of Management System, e.g. PSM, ISO9001, ISO140001 and ISO45001 is preferred
- Good work discipline and hands-on
