**รายละเอียดงาน**
- Manage and coordinate new product development (NPD) according to approved plans
- Co-develop product concepts and create Product Briefs with brand and R&D teams
- Analyze competitor data and define product benchmarks with R&D
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and packaging teams for samples and testing
- Support consumer testing and analyze results for product readiness
- Maintain product specifications, test reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company standards on quality, safety, and regulations

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields
- Work Experience : At least 3 years of experience in product development, food innovation, research and development, or innovation project
