**Job Description**:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and helping us achieve our business goals. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions,- Manage all the HR process, including recruiting, retention, resignation and termination- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the whole recruitment process, from job ads through interviews and hiring choices. Make certain that we are attracting and retaining outstanding talent.- Employee relations entail serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.- Performance Management involves creating and implementing systems for evaluating performance, such as goal setting, feedback.
- Benefits administration is the administration of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, and other incentives.- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives- Maintain HR systems and processes- Provide support and guidance to HR staff- Design and implement employee retention strategies
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree / Master degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area.- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, employee relations at least 15 years- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusive, collaboration and teamwork- Experience in team management with intensive people skills- Effective verbal and written communication skills
