Our client is a large multinational food retailer. They are looking for HR Manager/HRBP Professional who is passionate about HR and has people-oriented charisma to handle full spectrum HRM strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing corporate plans for all HRM includes manpower planning, performance management, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, labor law, and regulations compliance.
- Leading a small team of HRM and developing strategy, implementing strategic HR goals, plans, and tactics that are aligned with company business demands and policies.
- Providing information and suggestions to the management team in managing, conducting, and implementing corporate policies related to human resources operations, manpower planning, policies, and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate direction.
- Working with HR Director to set HR policies and ensure staff understands company policies or procedures.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of company core values, and key performance measurement into the performance management system.
- Updating the HR policies and procedures on a timely basis, ensuring compliance, and meeting statutory requirements of local labor law.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with staff and ensuring any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Being a partner with the head of each department to provide advice on HR matters.

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years of professional experience in managerial HR.
- Experience in the full spectrum of HR / HR Business Partners includes C&B, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Administration.
- Experience in QSR/ FMCG/ Retail is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Thai labor law and regulations.
- Pleasant personality, people and result-oriented, systematic thinking, good problem-solving skill, responsible, highly motivated person, and good team player.
