Job Description: Our client is an E&P Company in Oil and gas in Thailand. They are looking for "Logistics Coordinator (Onshore)." **Type of Hiring**: 1 year (Renewable) **Location**: Bangkok **Demand forecasting and planning**: - Analyze demand patterns related to marine vessel/helicopter utilization, offtake planning, and materials and supply requirements from relevant stakeholders to develop precise logistic plans and forecasts. - Collaborate with all relevant parties in proactive approaches to gather critical data and insights for demand planning. The factors to optimize logistic plan includes, but is not limited to, weather forecasts, passenger lists, Dynamic positioning (DP), material manifests, deck space, and cargo management in collaboration with onshore support bases. - Estimate costs related to vessel/helicopter routes and fuel consumption. Proactively optimize plans to minimize operating costs while meeting delivery deadlines. - Record all urgent requests and provide feedback to job owners to raise awareness of arising preventable costs. - Identify offshore operational requirements for diesel, water, and food supplies, including optimum scheduling to ensure continuity of offshore operations. - Ensure that a close working relationship is developed with all relevant functions to ensure effective planning and communication realizes a safe and cost-effective operations. **Risk Management**: - Coordinate with the Manager, Logistics, to identify potential risks and disruptions in logistics operations, developing contingency plans to mitigate them. - Monitor external factors such as weather conditions, geopolitical events, and regulatory changes that may impact logistics activities and costs. **Data Analysis and Reporting**: - Generate monthly reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of logistics operations. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize logistics processes. **Knowledge, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**: *** **Knowledge**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an appropriate Oil and Gas environment inclusive logistics planning and coordination. **Experience**: - Understanding of marine / aviation operations and cost control principles is a plus *** **Skills**: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to build rapport with diverse teams. - Proficient in project management software, such as Track It.
