Logistics Executive

This position will manage and be responsible for the following functions

**Control stock / Consignment / Pending purchase order**

• Prepare and follow up on stock delivery closely. Able to expedite urgent stock delivery with efficiency.
• PO follow up file from logistics PPO report to align with timeline to obtain PO from customer.
• Monitoring and following up PO from Sales team in order to align with the PPO.
• Update data for both of PPO and PO monthly in order to align with his/her KPIs.
• Ensure that any invoices are released according to KPI and are sent to the customers on time.
• Inform and advise if there are any oncoming issues and initiate discussion for effective solutions.

**Sales Order / Purchase Order / Import - Export Shipment**

• Manage sales order from distributor to system and communicate with distributor.
• Monitor and follow up pending purchase order and delivery from local and HQ. Review deliveries against the orders.
• Manage import in coordination with forwarding agent, transports, 3PL warehouse and submission support document to Finance for import duty and expense.
• Follow up on shipping document to ensure that all import products are under FDA license, clearance process, customs formalities, VAT approval and import duties.
• Manage inbound freight cost.
• Maintain data for RA on a yearly basis.

**Stock Count and Reconciliation**

• Ensure the Sales team perform a quarterly stock count and send out a monthly progress report.
• Reconcile stock count with justification report, reconcile in all company systems if any item needed action and complete the report.
• Inform and advise to upper management if he/she foresees the issues and initiate discussion for effective solutions.

**Product Complaint and Returns**

• Liaise between the department and Sales/ Distributor.
• Liaise between Logistics and HQ.
• Arrange the defective item to the factory and follow up with a report / credit note for logistics to perform next step to SAP system.
• Implement and maintain a proper product complaint tracking report.

**Other Tasks**

• Prepare monthly report such as shipment status, import shipment cost reports.
• Save the data of consignment goods and credit notes into share drive for audits. Confirm invoice of goods in transit to Finance and commercial invoice to 3PL.
• Coordinate with Finance on the register of new customers and sales reps.
• Support Logistics Manager for additional business-related requirements.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or equivelent.
• Good command in English.
• Experience in inventory control and 3PL warehouse.
• Experience in SAP B1 will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, meticulous, well-organized, innovative, resourceful and has initiative.
• Positive attitude, believes in continuous learning and improvement, as well as proper documentation through SOPs.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
