**What you will handle**:

- Coordinate and Prepare documents for customs of export shipment / export activities, customs compliance, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure smooth and correct transportation processes.
- Prepare, review, and check export documentation, including HS codes, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on export processes, documentation requirements, and related compliance.
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations, standard, customs laws, and import/export procedures and identify improvement areas.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams, to ensure and develop accurate export regulations and processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize export processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide advice to admin all internal functions and activities. Ensure they are complied with Fastship’s compliance.
- Responsible for parcel Inspection illegal goods, Prohibited items, Restricted items.

**What you have**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Logistic
- Experience 3-5 years in Logistics or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent analytical skill and experience in process improvement is preferred
- Experience of logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and international shipping processes coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Logistics, import and export process, customs regulations, and HS code.
- Able to work at our warehouse located in Chaengwattana 38.
- Able to work on Saturday 2 times per month.
