Procurement, Demand Planning

In this position you report to the Operations Manager of FUCHS Thailand.

**Your areas of responsibility**:
In order to responsible for timely procurement for raw material, packaging, label, Finish Goods and others and responsible for Sales Demand Forecast and execute ordering process, you would:

- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of finished goods, raw material, packaging, and other indirect materials (equipment, tools, and other service) to maximize benefit to company.
- Work closely with FUCHS subsidiaries supplying finished goods or raw materials to ensure the most optimum and efficient supply options.
- Source new suppliers and coordinate with existing ones, local or global, to deliver best possible supply cost with minimum supply risk and maintaining/updating supplier register.
- To get latest/updated cost calculation for imported finished goods and raw materials by coordinating with suppliers and with help from Operations Manager or Finance/Accounting to support Sales Team with best price offer to customer.
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure accurate SAP entries by coordinating with Finance/Accounting for correct product costing.
- Liaise with Technical Department for SAP BOM entries accuracy.
- Creation of new SKUs, for finished goods and other materials, in SAP and to link them with S&OP process as required.
- To support Operations Manager in doing vendor evaluation by coordinating with concerned parties both of internal/external and to review and report relevant vendor/suppliers KPIs.
- Being part of S&OP committee to arrange consolidated demand forecast from sales for further S&OP process.
- Work closely with Logistic Manager in liaising with supplier, global or local, on lead time and product availability in relation to S&OP.
- Produce and develop required reports on a regular basis to track and monitor various areas of performance such as Demand Forecast Accuracy, Excise and Solvent Tax Report.
- To ensure compliance to all relevant policies in performing of the role, maintain records as specified, and support and participate in internal and external process audits as required, including ISO certification.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics preferred.
- Experiences at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Understanding of purchasing & procurement procedures.
- Knowledge of chemical products importation.\
- Familiar with Supply Planning and Operation.
- Reliable and accurate style of working.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and local language.
- Good skills in SAP and data processing (MS Office).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result oriented and efficient working manner.
