The position will lead demand and supply planning processes.
Assigned to be a single point of contact for internal operations such as product availability date, VAS Planning, Inventory level alert, and SKU rationalization. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Demand Planning** - Leading Demand Planning process to generate consensus sales forecast with the “One Number" principle and ensure high quality and accuracy of Demand Planning data. - Providing sales analysis of existing products, new products, promotional products as well as activities to be in sales forecast number. - Facilitating S&OP Beyond budget to get alignment number with commercial head to deliver business growth plan. - Collecting and analyzing sales historical data to be the inputs for statistical demand forecast. - Coordinating with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Trade Marketing to get all inputs for forecasting. **Supply Planning** - Being responsible to develop short, medium long term supply plans, and VAS plans and working to resolve long-term supply constraints. - Maintaining inventory level as company budget. Also balancing inventory value between Duty-Free locations and Duty paid locations to ensure inventory is within budget. - Preparing and presenting obsolete material reports and inventory aging reports to department leadership. Direct overall inventory to meet Organizational inventory goals. - Involving a high degree of interaction with the Manufacturing planning teams, Demand Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse, Procurement, and other key stakeholders. - Supervising with an inbound planner to ensure shipment arrived on time as per plan. - Proactively communicating with Customer Service and Sales when availability issues arise that will impact order fulfillment and provide projected backorder and delivery dates. - Communicating finished goods available to all concerned parties such as the Key account manager, and regional sale manager. - Maintaining Master Data accuracy within Planning System(s); determining optimized order quantities, safety stock parameters, and production frequencies. - Partnering with Demand Planners, Procurement and Sourcing, Contract Manufactures, Customer Service, and Suppliers on a day-to-day basis. **VAS** - ** **Supervising VAS planer to generate VAS plan as per demand forecast. - Ensuring 3PL follows our VAS plan accordingly and solves an issue with 3PL in case of plan delay. - Validating the VAS rate from 3PL and ensuring the charge amount is follow approve rate. **NPD** - Supporting projects and initiatives such as new product development (NPD) for demand planning perspectives such as Lunch timing, 1st forecast validation, and master data readiness. **YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning from FMCG is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good negotiation, problem-solving & convincing skills. - Good English & Thai communication skills.
