**SENIOR PLANNER**:
Our team in **Bangkok** currently has an opening for a **Senior Planner**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**:
Co-ordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, Customers, Suppliers, and other key stakeholders along the supply chain to ensure proper sales and operations planning and optimum stock level at any point in time while satisfying customer’s requirements for OTIF deliveries.

Execute actions and lead special projects related to inventory management to prevent/ deplete slow moving & obsolete stocks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with Business Units and Demand Planners to ensure that demand inputs/ sales forecasts are appropriately represented in the demand plan.
Implement planning procedures and process improvement to maintain/ enhance business effectiveness and achieve optimum inventory levels to fulfil customer’s needs.
Co-ordinate with Procurement & other related functions on purchasing volume, execute PR process and update information in related SAP system where relevant.
Execute material replenishment/ material requirement planning program in alignment with the demand plan.
Liaise with key customers and Commercial colleagues to obtain and exchange information on sales forecast, supply plan, delivery plan, and new product introduction.
Co-ordinate with Business Units to improve/ optimize inventory turns and reduce excess stock in order to prevent slow moving stock and deplete obsolescence.
Work closely with Procurement, Business Units, Finance, and related functions within Supply Chain & Operations to prevent and deplete slow moving and obsolete items to ensure optimum stock levels while satisfying customer service level agreements.
Plan and execute Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with related Business Units including the planning of production for blending products where relevant.
Ensure all business activities are proceeded according to the Working Instructions as specified in the Integrated Management System including process requirements related to QSHE and Job 7.
Execute planning initiatives/ strategies as related to areas of responsibility.
Undertake other duties/ special projects/ analysis tasks as may be assigned by the superiors.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Job Requirement/ Specification**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in related business fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering.

Professional certification or master’s degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Engineering is an advantage.

**Experience**:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a planning professional with focus in supply planning.

Experience in demand planning is an advantage.

Experience in procurement and logistics is an advantage.

**Others**:
Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Good command in both English and Thai (written and spoken).

Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Being energetic and customer centric.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to respond and adapt to changing business conditions and evolving strategic guidelines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Computer literate and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
