We're excited to announce that we're looking for a talented Project Marketing Executive to join our team

As our Project Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across Asia and the Middle East, including some of the most exciting markets in the region such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and the UAE.

The position is based in Hong Kong but other locations in Asia can also be considered.

Key tasks
- As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of our marketing and communication materials, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- You will work alongside our Sales and Business Development team to deliver quality presentation materials, including broker training and RFPs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are of the highest quality and align with our brand guidelines.
- You will collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager and diverse project teams to develop and execute our digital marketing strategy, including the development of our mobile app and digital portal.
- You will coordinate regional events, including broker events and sponsored events, to build our broker's relationship and promote our products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring that all events are well-organised and successful
- You will contribute to the creation of ad hoc communication and marketing supports, including brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

we’re looking for:

- We're looking for a native English speaker with at least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, communication, and/or consulting agency.
- A first experience in project management is a must.
- Bonus points if you speak a second language
- You're also detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
