หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional outlets.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and events, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee the maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels.

- Proficient in using marketing software, analytics tools, and digital platforms.
