PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting the lead of shipbuilding with high-quality materials in Thailand.

We are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Manager who will be in charge of managing the After-Sales Service department and developing expansion plans to hit sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out project management, repair work and management work, repair work and ship after-sales service that collects and repairs ships according to the shipbuilding and ship repair contract.
- Carrying out and supporting required information and items at cost prices.
- Carrying out ship repair project management to achieve and complete the contract in all respects.
- Managing ship repairs, and providing after-sales service. Create products and services that meet the specified sales volume of not less than 50 million baht.
- Arranging for the development of innovations in the work.
- Supervising and managing the work to be safe and not create an impact on the environment.
- Preparing a plan to reduce waste in ship repair.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the company.
- Direct reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical or electrical field, or related fields.
- Experienced in shipbuilding and ship repair or working in the industry for more than 10 years or working in shipbuilding and ship repairing for more than 15 years will be an advantage.
- Have good human relations have a positive mindset Have leadership, able to make decisions to solve problems according to the duties and missions of the job position.
- Have basic knowledge of organizational management.
- Able to analyze and consider repair work correctly and completely can cover all jobs.
- Organization Management.
- TOEIC score 500+ (Must have TOEIC score).
