**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Preview Centre by performing all general and administration functions. Daily tasks will include lead management and report management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support including filing, faxing, and other office duties for the Marketing Department.
- Update SPI, entering tours, tour hooks
- Liaise with tour operators and Taxi Companies
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Print Marketing reports and distribute as required.
- Assist Marketing purchase orders and liaise with Finance for payment
- Assist other general office duties.
- Provide administrative support to Marketing Management Team in accordance with directives set from Management facilitate the delivery of qualified tours/leads
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication in English and/or Chinese
- Self-motivation and focus on meeting targets
- Ability to work well in a 5-star environment, ensuring that AVC operational standards are met in relation to Team Values and Goals
- Displaying personal motivation and effort to assist in the smooth operations and profitable performance of all promotional events
