**Report to**: Primary School Principal
Job Summary
A receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. The receptionist performs administrative assistant roles. This role needs a person who is friendly, extremely organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer all incoming calls, telephone line transfer and take short messages, and handle caller’s inquiries, answer inquiries and questions, troubleshoot problems.
- Coordinate between internal organization and external organization e.g. parents, students, outsider person or government.
- Provide admission information and marketing materials to new and potential families.
- Schedule meetings and greet parents and students
- Handle overall administrative tasks
- Handle mailing services, courier, and office messenger
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Primary School Principal
- Exemplify and promote Panyaden values and behaviours, and be committed to the School vision.
- Represent the school to parents and external parties where required.
